Copasure goat 2g (for ruminating kid goats over 25 lb) are copper oxide needles in hard gelatine capsules. Is a dietary supplement copasure goat that is used to supplement for copper deficiency. Inadequate copper levels may be due to insufficient copper in the diet (primary copper deficiency) or the adverse effects of molybdenum, iron and sulphur upon copper absorption (secondary copper deficiency). Signs of copper deficiency in goats can include a rough coat that is brittle around the tail, weight loss, lameness, anaemia, scouring, bone fractures, poor reproductive health and even death.
