Kits feature a crystal clear plastic sheet that shrinks tight and wrinkle-free with an ordinary handheld hairdryer. The kits can be easily installed on metal, painted, varnished wood or vinyl clad window frames with the double-face tape or nails provided.
Kits are available for basement windows, standard windows, extra large and picture windows and patio doors.

Preparation
Be sure the surface is clean, dry and grease-free. Install only on metal, painted wood or vinyl. Do not apply to wallpaper, wallboard, plaster or veneer surfaces.
Installation
- Apply tape firmly around the window frame and along the bottom sill. Remove backing paper.
- Apply film slightly taut first across the top, then bottom and both sides, leaving at least 1 overhang around the edge. Pull and stretch film to smooth out any wrinkles.
- Smooth and eliminate remaining wrinkles with a hairdryer set at the highest setting (hold dryer 4-6 away from film). Trim excess film from around the frame.
