The Grange Co-op Board of Directors hired a firm to conduct a search for the CEO position. After a thorough search process, the board hired Neil as CEO effective October 2, 2019.

Prior to coming to Grange in 2010, Neil spent 8 years working for the CPA firm Moss Adams in Portland. Most recently Neil served as CFO and then Interim CEO for the last 6 months. Neil enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa of 13 years and their 2 children Benny and Lillie. He also enjoys serving on the Rogue Credit Union Supervisory Committee, attending Church, and watching sports (especially his Oregon Ducks!)

Going forward, Neil is excited about building a positive company culture, showing both our employees and customers the value that they add to our Co-op. Let's all give a huge "Grange shout out" in congratulating Neil in his new role!
