Ortho weedclear lawn weed killer concentrate kills all types of weeds (as listed) without harming your lawn (when used as directed). The formula is rainproof in 1 hr and is fast-acting you'll see results in just one application. It kills over 200 weeds down to the roots, including dandelion, chickweed, clover, crabgrass and foxtail. The concentrated formula can be easily applied with an ortho dial n spray or tank sprayer. For use on grasses, including bermudagrass, buffalograss, fescues, kentucky bluegrass, ryegrass and zoysiagrass. Use ortho weedclear lawn weed killer to kill weeds to the roots. Use with a tank sprayer or ortho dial-n spray to apply to larger lawn areas. For best results, apply in the spring and fall, when weeds are young and actively growing.

How To Use
First, determine the type of sprayer you're using. Then, refer to "Mixing instructions" to look up the proper amount of product to add to the sprayer based on the type of sprayer you're using and the type of grass you're spraying. Next, add product to a tank sprayer or ortho dial-n-spray along with water if indicated. Finally, turn the dial on the dial-n-spray to the correct setting (if using). Then, apply at the correct time and avoid spraying as a fine mist, which can cause injury to other plants. The maximum application rate is 6.0 fl. Oz. Of product per 1,000 sq. Ft. Per application and no more than 2 treatments per year. Remember: a little goes a long way with this herbicide. More is not better, as over-application or rates above those recommended on this label can cause grass injury.

When To Apply

For application with an ortho dial-n-spray jar on bentgrass, hybrid bermudagrass, centipedegrass and st. Augustinegrass (excluding floratam), add 3.0 fl. Oz. (6 tbs.) into sprayer jar for each 1,000 sq. Ft. Turn the dial to the 1.5 oz. Setting. Do not add water to jar.
For use on kentucky bluegrass, bahiagrass, common bermudagrass, fescues, perennial ryegrass and zoysiagrass, add 3.0 fl. oz. (6 tbs.) into1 gal of water for application over 500 sq. ft. for application with the ortho dial-n-spray bottle, add 6.0 fl. oz. into sprayer jar for each 1,000 sq. ft. do not add water to jar. set dial at 2.5 oz.

Spray when weeds are actively growing, temperatures are below 90° and outdoor conditions are calm and not windy and there is not rain expected on the day of application.
