Pro tie EZ-off (aka quick off) cable ties are designed with a tear-away tab so that the tie can be removed without any tools. EZ-off ties are made from high strength and lightweight 6/6 nylon. Because of the design and intended use of the cable ties, they don't have a tensile strength rating; they should be used for light-duty applications only. Tear away ties are not reusable.
