Redwood is one of nature most maintenance-free building materials, with unparalleled natural resistance to insects and decay. No other softwood has the rich beauty of the deep red to reddish-yellow hues or the long-lasting performance of redwood.
Eco Friendly: The redwood used is reclaimed old growth, medium growth, and new growth. The old growth redwood was rescued from the chipper at Miller Redwood Products in the mid 80s; it was considered too short for market. Because of this, Walking Tall is pleased to be able to offer many products using old growth redwood at a very reasonable price.
