This holiday season, we're excited to have once again served as a collection point for the community toy drive, helping bring joy to local children. We invited you to drop off new, unwrapped toys at any Grange Co-op location to support this meaningful effort. Your donations will be distributed by our local charity partners to families in need, ensuring that every child experiences the magic of the holidays. Our Oregon stores worked in conjunction with KDRV to collect toys from November 18th through December 15th, with donations going to the Children's Advocacy Network and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). In California, the Toys for Tots drive will benefit less fortunate children in the Yuba-Sutter area through the Salvation Army and CHIPS 4 Kids. This annual tradition reflects our commitment to giving back and supporting the communities we're proud to be part of. Together, we can make the season brighter for so many deserving families.

Grange Co-op was also one of several drop-off locations for the 18th annual Turkey Drive, hosted by Results Radio. Turkeys and/or cash donations were dropped off at the Yuba City Grange Co-op on Tuesday, November 19th; several other collection spots were organized over the Yuba-Sutter area over the course of the month. All collected funds went towards more food purchases that fed over 6,000 local people in need and distributed by the Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way.

We 'tagged along' in spirit with two Southern Oregon FFA chapters as they made their way to Nationals! Crater FFA and Rogue River FFA both placed in districts and then state, earning them an invite to the 97th Annual National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana! Crater's Floriculture and Livestock Evaluation teams ranked Silver. Rogue River's Milk Quality and Products Team, as well as their Agriculture Communications Team, also ranked Silver. Grange Co-op is proud to sponsor these awesome kids with team jackets. Congratulations all around to these excellent students!

Grange Co-op is partnering with Oregon and California FFA for a special fundraising effort this holiday season.

At all Grange Co-op retail locations, customers may purchase a paper FFA jacket in $1, $3, $5, or $10 amounts. The names of the contributors or the person/chapter they want to honor will also be displayed in stores, to show support for our local FFA youth and hopefully encourage more giving. Everyone who contributes at least $3 will also get a vinyl "Corduroy Cool" sticker! Funds raised from this year's Blue Christmas promotion go back to local FFA chapters in Oregon and California.
