Thanks to our great customers and the support of our members, Grange Co-op worked together to help raise and donate over $70,000 to 4-H and FFA students. Grange Co-op initiated a round-up for change at point-of-sale allowing customers to round up their transactions. Funds collected through point of sale, as well as a partial match from Grange Co-op, will allow 4-H and FFA the opportunity to continue to support our youth. “We are proud to be a part of such great communities that help with our overall mission to strengthen our community through programs such as our Round-up program. 4-H and FFA students are a core part of the Grange way of life and are pivotal to the success of the farming communities we serve,” stated Jason Wall, Marketing Manager of Grange Co-op. “We want our youth to be given the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities that focus on building character and agricultural knowledge.”

Throughout 2019, Grange Co-op was able to support many donation requests for 4-H clubs and FFA chapters and directly donate to these great organizations.

Grange Co-op was able to provide checks to 4-H in Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, and Yuba-Sutter counties, as well as Oregon and California FFA. A portion of the donation to the Oregon FFA will be applied to their grant program to be used in Jackson, Josephine and Klamath County. “Our donation to Oregon FFA allows local chapters to request assistance through a grant program, for major projects within their district. FFA chapters can request these through Oregon FFA,” stated Jason Wall, Marketing Manager. “We love that we can work together with our customers to support our youth and we look forward to see what 2020 to brings,” stated Jason Wall.
